I am very much like the prodigal son, or perhaps I am more like the nation of Isreal in the Old Testament, but wait, they are quite similar anyway aren’t they.

I have been rebelling against God for about 4 years now, and I miss him deep in my soul.  I need Him so much that it sometimes causes me physical pain.

So I am going to blog my return home to my maker.  I am going to blog about books that help me, and verses that inspire me and about studies that draw me closer as well as music that lifts me up.

We can try to run, but the truth is, once we have reallly tasted that sweet fellowship with our Savior, Maker, Parent, it is hard to stay away too long.
